    Fintech meets blockchain as Roundtable and RYVYL forge a $75 million merger, aiming to bridge Web3 with public markets.

    MarketWatch reported that Roundtable has agreed to a $75 million merger with RYVYL after securing Nasdaq listing compliance through a direct equity investment. The merger will reportedly combine RYVYL’s fintech infrastructure with Roundtable’s blockchain-driven media network.
