
Roundtable and RYVYL Complete NASDAQ-Backed Merger to Build Decentralized Web3 Media Platform
RYVYL and Roundtable unite, merging payment infrastructure with a blockchain media network.
RYVYL signed a $75 million definitive agreement to merge with Roundtable, a Web3 digital media SaaS platform serving brands like Yahoo, TheStreet, and PSG. The merged entity — set to rebrand as Roundtable — will combine RYVYL’s payment infrastructure with Roundtable’s blockchain-based media network and Bitcoin treasury strategy. CEO James Heckman will lead the company alongside Bancor founder Eyal Hertzog. The deal, pending shareholder approval, is expected to close by year-end. Read more here.
